I want everyone to know I advocate Spaying or Neutering your bunny if it will be a pet only or if you are done using as breeding. Your bunny will live a longer and healthier life. If you would like I refer Sunset Animal Hospital Dr Jay Griffith, off of sunrise on sunset in (916) 967-7768 who I trust to do surgery and treat Bunnies Please feel free to let them know I referred you to them, you cannot beat the price for the spaying and neutering and they do an excellent job and care about your bunnies comfort. Regarding Buying a Bunny!
Before paying for your new bunny you need to check it over,check the teeth, ears, nose, toe nails, over-all color, over-all type, and pedigree, etc... Please be picky If your bunny does becomes ill within 48 hrs of buying (Immediately contact me) It will be replaced with a new bunny ( if one of equal color or sex ... is not availble this is the only time I will refund the purchase price) but you must return the old bunny or show me proof of illness from a licenced Vet, (if it does become ill with in 48 hours contact me immediately do not medicate it unless a Veternarian prescribs the medication, or wait to see if it dies) I myself am not responsible for ANY vets bills, ever!
Regarding Deposits!
I will not refund a deposit put down on a bun to hold it (thats what a deposit is, it insures that I will not sell it to anyone else, it also insures me you that you will buy it! So Deposits are never refundable unless something happens to your bun while at my home before you pick your bun up. If you do not pick up the bun as arranged and other arrangements are not made with me, your deposit will not be returned and the bunny is again up for sale) So please make sure you are committed before putting down a deposit.
No Baby will leave my home before 7 weeks old under any circumstance so dont ask. No Flemish will leave before 7 weeks old minimum. I know they are cuter when smaller but they need to stay to grow up enough so they are healthy and will live long lives! THIS IS MY RULES NOW PLEASE DONT TRY TO PRESSURE ME INTO SELLING ONE ANY YOUNGER! If I cannot arrange to meet at a show after they are of age then you are responsible for transporting your bun from my home or making arrangements for transfer. I have a local friend who has been breeding for over 23 years, she has a litter that will be sold as pet only due to a color mutation. They are blacks and as of 1/10 are aprox 5 weeks old they will be sold for $80 as pets same price as my pet flemish. They are loving and friendly and fed the same diet as mine. She is very particular as to where her bunnies go as she wants them to have good loving homes. You can contact me and I will forward you to her if you are interested in her blacks. She will be sexes them most likely today.
LE and GC PJ had 8 babies on 1/1/12 hopefully expecting 2 more litters in jan and a in feb.
1 more litter expected in Jan 2012 . I do have 6 people on wiating list.

These will be my last litters out of GC PJ as I am retiring him. He is being Neutered and going to live with a friend in Phoenix.
